P10 – Container unloader (BE)These devices are used to compensate for driving inaccuracies when picking up or setting down loads. The construction consists of a front positioned FEM fork carriage in the same form as that on a forklift truck, which is hydraulically displaceable to the right and left. The displacement takes place on a shaft using a bronze bushing that can be greased. In the integrated version the focus is on ensuring a high residual load-bearing capacity. For these reasons, a narrower guide rail with high-strength, low-wear plastic rails is used up to a load capacity of 4000 kg. When very long forks are used with a higher load-bearing capacity, the shaft guidance is the basis. |
