P22 – Carrying boom (TD)Hollow objects such as steel or wire coils, pipes etc. can be transported with carrying booms. For weight reasons, a thick-walled pipe is generally used; for smaller internal diameters, solid material can also be used. Carpet boomWith only a small diameter, the carpet boom must nevertheless have a high load-bearing capacity. For this reason a material with the quality of 42CrMo4 or 30CrNiMo8 is used. To facilitate a quick change of the booms, they can also be fitted with a lower flap cam.
